YogaBirth is part of a group of women with many years of experience working with pregnancy and postnatal women. I offer support to women with yoga to help them have a more positive approach to birth and using relaxation and breathing techniques a more relaxed experience. These classes are run weekly. I also do once a month a workshop for couples using Hypnobirthing and a practical approach to birth. I worked for many years as a doula so that contributes to the information I supply the couples. After your baby is born I run postnatal yoga classes with baby massage. A wonderful class that is supportive to new Mums.
